Great experience shopping at Spitzer Kia in Mansfield, especially with Salesperson Ronald Stephan. I grew up watching the TV ads of Del Spitzer but never had the opportunity to buy there as I worked at an especially with Salesperson Ronald Stephan. Service department diagnosed and replaced my brake caliper on my Kia. As I went to change the brakes all the way around this weekend, I learn that the caliper never worked at all, the brake pads were caliper on my Kia. As I went to change the brakes all the way around this weekend, I learn that the caliper never worked at all, the brake pads were brand new. Called and asked the service manager if we could work out something for the cost of service to install another (the caliper is likely under a parts warranty) and he has no interest in doing what is right to stand behind the work of his mechanics. If you have a Kia, I recommend calling Jacob at the service dept. at Sandusky's Kia dealer if you want to use a dealer and I'd avoid this service department. How scary that no one ensured the caliper worked after it was installed and that they don't value their customers enough to take a loss on a re-install because the first one wasn't done correctly. Every interaction is a chance to represent your business and the Spitzer dealer failed on this one. More

We were searching all over the country to find the right 3/4 ton truck to fit our needs. We came across spitzer kia mansfield and they had the right truck for the right price. Kelly was our sales woman an 3/4 ton truck to fit our needs. We came across spitzer kia mansfield and they had the right truck for the right price. Kelly was our sales woman and she did an amazing job helping us out with our out of state purchase. We have had our truck for a little over a week and I have put over a thousand miles on it and nothing has changed with the vehicle from the day we purchased it. They truly do sell great used vehicles here and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle. Thank you again Spitzer and Kelly for an awesome truck and an amazing experience.
