Linda Briggs came up to greet me as I came into the Spitzer Kia dealership service department for my very first oil change! She seemed to already know who I was and what I had come for! She lead me i Spitzer Kia dealership service department for my very first oil change! She seemed to already know who I was and what I had come for! She lead me into a comfortable waiting area and showed me where everything I could want was located-a complimentary coffee machine, the restrooms, magazines, and then told me about how long my oil change a tire rotation would be. She asked me if I’d like a free car wash while it was back there! Of course, I said sure! Then I sat and watched American Pickers for a few minutes. Then shortly, she was back and told me my car was ready! She showed me the work that was done and told me all the things they had checked and what all the readings on the paperwork she gave me meant and answered all my questions about those readings!
