As soon as you pull in for service, someone is there to greet you. All of the personnel are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Purchased new vehicle from dealership from out of state Pennsylvania. Told us they would send all paperwork to us once finance was done in order to title in our state. Never sent any paperwork until call Pennsylvania. Told us they would send all paperwork to us once finance was done in order to title in our state. Never sent any paperwork until called several times bugging to get paperwork. Took a month to get it. Temp tags only last 6 weeks. Paperwork sent was incorrect and unable to be used. Called again to get correct ones sent- still waiting. Also, when finalizing the purchase they realized they taxed Ohio taxes not PA taxes, so they removed their taxes but never charges PA taxes. This has us paying $2000 out of pocket for taxes. FANTASTIC! Never again will I deal with this dealership. And I will definitely tell any and all to avoid this dealership. Very suspicious in their tactics. Salesman Mike was great, but beyond that- TERRIBLE! More
