Initially, we butted heads to close the deal, but in the end, Mike presented my offer to his manager and I was able to get a deal with a discount from the sticker price. Spitzer was the only dealership to consider giving me a discount when no other dealership did. Thanks to Mike's persistence in calling me back to return to the dealership I returned and got my deal.
