We went to Spitzer Kia after being totally aggravated and lied to at another Kia dealership in Medina that tried to originally charge us $10,000 over sticker for a Telluride we were looking for. After several attempts at dealings I called Spitzer told them what we were looking for and that it would be a cash deal and they agreed as long as our trade was what we said it was. We went there the following day and dealt with Christian Negro’n both on the phone day one and the second day in person. The SUV was exactly what we were looking for they kept their word Christian and his manager were both attentive very polite and professional.
