NEGATIVE STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My 2021 Kia broke down on me last Monday I had to pay for a tow (Kia roadside assistance) to the dealership. I called myse WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My 2021 Kia broke down on me last Monday I had to pay for a tow (Kia roadside assistance) to the dealership. I called myself Tuesday morning so that I can make them aware of this issue with my vehicle, I was told it was driving just fine BUT they would run some tests and get back to me. Which takes us to Wednesday I hadn't gotten one phone call from ANYONE in the service department. I called daily and was disconnected at least 6 times. I went to the dealership to ask what was going on with my vehicle was told it needed a pressure switch would be complete that day or Thursday afternoon. Moving along to Friday (still no calls no matter how many attempts I made to reach someone) I once again show up to the service center and now I am told that it needs an entirely new transmission and that has been submitted to the warranty and was waiting approval before they could do anything further. I was then assured by Jake that he would call me with any news and he asked if I had a vehicle to drive while this was taking place. I told him I had a rental car through my work BUT had to return it Monday HE OFFERED a car to me at that point and said I would have it once the warranty approved the transmission. Monday comes NO CALL, I call around 10am and leave a message he calls back said things JUST got approved told him at that point I needed to return my vehicle by 3pm and had to leave for work at 4pm he then says he needs approval to get me a car and would call back, 2pm NO call I once again go up there to find out the rental company they have to use HAS NO CARS. He goes on to say he will call as soon as he hears from them and he understands that I need the vehicle. For each day they had my vehicle I lost between 120 and 175 dollars a day. IT'S WEDNESDAY I FINALLY GET AN UNPROMPTED CALL TO TELL ME MY CAR IS READY. More
