When I arrived formmy appointment Melissa greeted me by my name. Not a normal occurrence. She was aware of the purpose for the service call. I mentioned that I had an additional issue that the outside my name. Not a normal occurrence. She was aware of the purpose for the service call. I mentioned that I had an additional issue that the outside mirrors no longer folded in when locking the car. She fixed that right on the spot before I even got out of the car. The appointment was supposed to take awhile since a wiring harness was being replaced and she made sure that I had transportation available.
