Took my car in on a Thursday to get my headlight replaced, they said I need back brakes. Said go ahead and can you check the front and a little better it’s shaking a lot. James called me back and said I also needed one of my ball joints stabiliser bar fixed and all four brand-new tires. I ended up calling him back and saying going ahead and do everything over voicemail Monday comes and I hear nothing so around 4 pm. I called asking about my car and he told me oh your part is here but you’re a mechanic called off and I’ll for sure be done tomorrow. Well he called me the next day and said it was done but it was just a headlight and the brakes. He said he will get to work on the other stuff I have my car later that day well around 5:15 I started calling to get an update about my car and it took eight times of calling to voicemails within a half hour to finally get through on the eighth call for him to tell me my car wasn’t ready. It’ll be ready tomorrow, which was Wednesday. Wednesday came and went on Thursday. He finally called me to tell me. My car was finished, but while it was upon the lift, the other ball joint broke, and that it would cost me because they broke it. So Friday comes, I go get my car There are no valve stem covers on my four brand-new tires plus all four of those tires were low. My husband had put air in them when I and while I’m standing in front of my car, and one of the girls put the covers on I noticed a huge dent and scratch on my front bumper that I know was not there when I drop my car off so I had away all weekend for a manager to call me back which they did and then written that they had hit something. I never said anything. They did fix the bumper, but when I picked my car up after they had it for two weeks my tire by the time I got home was completely flat and when I called them to tell them this. They told me it would be $40 to plug it alright have to pay for a whole new tire mind you I only drove the car for one week with these brand-new tires and then they had my car for two weeks. I will never buy another car from here ever again, or will never service department, especially. More

Our first contact with Chris Ernest was at the Cleveland airport, where he met my husband and I driving my new Niro EX Touring. Knowing our intention to drive back home to Louisville that afternoon, Chris efficiently made the final sales/finance transaction at Spitzer move along as swiftly as he could, which we very much appreciated. Still, it was a very pleasant, friendly, totally professional encounter that took well under two hours. We enjoyed his company every minute. The car was delivered in pristine condition and performed beautifully on the 5-hour drive home, averaging 47 mpg. Here’s a man who knows his product inside and out! He confidently and clearly answered every question, and now days later has helped me figure out a few more minor issues in my understanding, readily offering his help any time going forward. We rather regret that we’re too far away to have my new car serviced at Spitzer. I have nothing but the heartiest high recommendation of Chris Ernest to anyone shopping for a Kia! More
