Poor customer service. Tried to work w Paul..internet sales and he said they don't negotiate. Every dealer negotiates. He stated they worked hard to get to the best price. When I say this isn't motivating me to come to your dealership. His response, "what do you want me to say"? I would rather wait until Black Friday or December than go in and be jerked around by this dealership. No negotiating..hilarious! Updated, Nick Pavluk, Spitzer Customer Relations Manager customer relations manager also contacted me and was even more unhelpful in giving me long unneeded explanations on why they don't negotiate. After several emails, he wouldn't budge on even doing an out the door price. Claiming their research and crap was the best around. Well, deal never happened and guess what? Now that vehicle is for sale in bowling green. We were about 700 bucks apart and he refused to negotiate. The tactic just ticks the customer off and you lost out on a sale. I have told several people to avoid Spitzer for this reason. More
Kim Boutll customer care manager SUCKS I brought my Kia in to get an estimate of how much it would cost for my oil change and to fix my lock. I was given an estimate. When I returned to have the work done, the price of the lock went up $200.00. I asked why the price went up and why isn't it the price I was given I was told she couldn't find it in the computer. Another worker pulled it right up for me in the computer. I asked her why was she giving me a gard time and she told me why didn't I go somewhere else if she wasn't giving me the answers I wanted. The other customers waiting looked at me and commented on how unprofessional she was and how she ever became anyone's manager!!! More

If you go there, DO NOT deal with the salesman named George Woods. Just purchased a 2014 Kia Optimum SX and found a big crack in the front bumper after the store had already closed so I had to wait and call them this morning about it. Spoke with George about this and he knew about the crack the entire time but did not once point that out to me (expected me to find it myself) and he said the car was sold as is. However, on the internet, that was never disclosed about the crack. Also, when I called about the car before I made my 2 hour trip up there, I made sure I asked Shawn if the car is true to everything it says it was and he assured me it was. However, that was a lie, considering the crack was not disclosed. George told me I could talk to the manager and I agreed that I would be calling him and as I explained that this needs to be made right because I already experienced the worst customer service as it was, he told me "I don't need to hear about this" and hung up on me!! AWESOME way to make your customers feel important! Last time I checked, customers are what keep you in business. Learn how to treat customers with respect!!!! More

I have been trying to get my Extended Warranty and Gap insurance cancelled since the end of May. Was told by Rob I didn't have to do anything it would be handled by Spitzer Kia. I didn't quit trust this insurance cancelled since the end of May. Was told by Rob I didn't have to do anything it would be handled by Spitzer Kia. I didn't quit trust this so I contacted the GAP Insurance company myself and cancelled. I received the refund but never got anything on the extended warranty. I talked to Tammy today and she said she wasn't aware that either one was being cancelled until she heard from the Gap Insurance company. I still don't have the extended warranty cancelled even though I was told over 2 months ago by Rob it would be. I finally met with the Manager, Tony Black and he fixed the problem right away and even gave me complimentary oil changes. Tony and my sales person Jim Parson are great. More
I was looking for a Kia Soul, specifically one of the plus models, and it had to be in the "shadow" color. Found one in Spitzer's inventory using the Kia site. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning at the dealership. J.D. was very helpful in meeting with me to discuss needs and getting me out for a test drive. Jeremy was great in regards to the helping me understand some of the finer points of financing that I was not aware of. Rob found me a good deal for financing (I had been a high risk for credit lenders a few years ago but had brought up my score quite a bit) and the paperwork was done with as little "pain" as possible. Overall, I believe I spent two hours at the dealership that Saturday morning and drove away in my new 2013 Kia Soul +. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Kia. I was hoping for a positive dealer experience after years of being crapped on by GM dealerships, and spitzer KIA delivered. Also, Jeremy the finance guy was aces.. very professional, no pressure, and he answered every question.. he also made it possible to buy the car for the right price for me. bottom line is that I was treated right. Okay let me start by saying this dealership sucks, with a captial "S". I bought a 2012 forte, and every time I bring my car down there I get nothing but trouble. There customer service is awful, they are very negative minded. What really threw me over the edge was yesterday when I brought my car is for the free washes they offer, and my trunk lid was scratched. The man as negative minded as he was fixed it. However, I noticed more "dings" on the car. The service manager came out, and said The car was doesn't scratch the car. He is assured of this only on his fourth day there. I am never bringing my car back to Sptizer they CANNOT be trusted. I will be taking it to another dealership. I will NEVER EVER buy another Kia product again. Very Unhappy customer. More
Sales person was excellent. He was respectful, kind, helpful and polite. On the other hand, the manager was quite the oposite. He sat behind his desk, never came out to speak with me and finally took an helpful and polite. On the other hand, the manager was quite the oposite. I will NEVER deal with Spitzer for either a New or Used car again due to this incident. More
