First New Car I was in contact with their internet team for a few days, answering my questions and getting a plan in order for me. I traveled 3 1/2 hours to buy my Kia Optima and couldn't be more happy. Since it was a certified pre-owned, I chose to get the extended warranty which Vincent Viscusi walked me through the process and made me feel confident in my decision. Once I arrived to the lot, Freddy Mansour welcomed me and asked about my trip, showed me the washed and cleaned Optima I had asked about, and made me feel like I was in good hands. (First time I've talked to Freddy, this showed me they care about the client and communicate well as a team). Took a test drive with Freddy, made some calls, he gave me time and space to consider this large purchase, which I appreciated. When I felt comfortable, and was assured by outside sources that I was getting the best deal I could get, I made the purchase and didn't look back. I've owned the car for less than a month and I've been contacted 2-3 times by the Spitzer team, just making sure I made it home safe, that I love the car, and if there is anything they can do for me. If I can find another deal like the one I got, I'll drive back to Spitzer, no questions asked. "Straight Cash Homie!" More

My saving grace! My husband and I have been in the market recently to replace my 2006 Jeep liberty and I unfortunately from a past marriage don't have very good credi My husband and I have been in the market recently to replace my 2006 Jeep liberty and I unfortunately from a past marriage don't have very good credit and my husband is within the first year of beginning to establish credit. We had a significant amount of money down but unfortunately at a couple dealerships people were unwilling to work with us at all due to the lack of credit history (because we put the car in my husbands name). We had went earlier in the day to another dealership where three days prior we had been quoted a price over memorial day weekend that they told us would be honored because we told them on Saturday we would be returning Wednesday with our down payment in cash, when we arrived at the other dealership they told us a price that was $3000 more than initially quoted and they would not honor the past price . We left that dealership and proceeded to Kia in Cleveland at the corner of Brookpark and State Road and were more than pleasantly surprised to find out that they are absolutely amazing as far as flexibility and customer service . Jim parson was our salesman and I honestly could not have asked for a better person to help us out , we left with the exact vehicle that I wanted and payments that fit perfectly into our budget . I am telling all of my friends and family about this experience and I really hope that other people will benefit from this amazing team of sales people ! Vincent in the finance department was also absolutely amazing for explaining every detail of our contract to us without any pressure to sign anything before we had completely made up our minds . More
Great customer service! Great deals! We came in uncertain with several bad experiences with other dealerships but left with our dream car for a great price. When we arrived at the Kia Dealership we were immediately greeted by a smiling Jim. He didn't pressure us or force us into any decisions. He is paid by sale not on commission so he wasn't pressuring us into any specific purchase. He was aware of our budget and that helped him guide us towards what I think was the best option for us. Never having bought a car, I was worried I was going to be taken advantage of but I felt that I was treated as family. He was attentive to our needs and listened when we asked questions. After making our decision we talked with Vince. His humor made the financing portion completely painless. His expertise helped us make the final decisions and stomped away any doubt that we werent making the right decision. Overall, this was the most positive experience I could have hoped for! I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone! Thank you Jim and Vince for our new Kia Soul! More
