Tried to have my rear hatch latch fixed I was told the warranty would cover it and to make an appointment. After dropping my car off on on Friday of the appointment, I was told the problem was electrical warranty would cover it and to make an appointment. After dropping my car off on on Friday of the appointment, I was told the problem was electrical and could require a new electrical floor harness. On Tuesday after leaving multiple messages to update my car's status, I was told they were still working on it but, I could come to pick up my car....When I arrived the car was not fixed and with NO latch on the reach hatch. Told a bunch of lies and left...Zero trust in this service department! More
