I was alone and as a woman, I feel like people try to take advantage of the fact I may not know cars very well or know how to make a deal. Mercedes was honest, she worked with me and I felt comfortable that she wasn't trying to get me to just buy a car, she actually cared. We worked together for a couple of days and ultimately, I ended up getting the exact car that I wanted. It was a great experience and I love my new ride!! More
