He listened to what our needs were in a car, offered suggestions, and took us on a test drive. He then worked up numbers numerous ways - weighing leasing vs purchase and trade in vs no trade. He also spoke often with his manager to get us exactly what we were looking for. The staff - sales associate (Jon Gemelas), manager (Freddy Mansour), and finance manager (Jeremy Zabell) all stayed well past closing to finalize everything and we left with our new car!
