The Spitzer location is always clean, friendly and there are always familiar faces. Car sales typically have a high turnover rate for the past 10 years as a customer with this location their are quite a few are always familiar faces. This was the second dealership I visited to lease a new SUV. I visited Friday 2/23/24 around 3 pm. There I met Mate Tamas who showed me 3 vehicles I was interested in. being that I had visited Ganley Kia ( SUV. I visited Friday 2/23/24 around 3 pm. There I met Mate Tamas who showed me 3 vehicles I was interested in. being that I had visited Ganley Kia (which I had leased 4 Suvs previously). I knew the pricing. After picking the Sportage I wanted to lease we came to an agreement on pricing. Mate worked very hard getting the vehicles to road test and answering any questions I had. There was no pressure at all to complete the deal..After the delivery the next morning Mate explained all the features in the vehicle. He is a really attentive person and made sure all questions were answered. More
At SPITZER during my many visits I had to remind everyone from the person who opened the door to the manager that I wasn’t a “movie star” or celebrity since all of them treated me as if I were one.
