Horrible dealer with most employees having terrible customer service. Got a new lease for dodge jounrey and found next day damage in rear seat. Was told cant be warr with most employees having terrible customer service. Got a new lease for dodge jounrey and found next day damage in rear seat. Was told cant be warrantied and nothing they can do. Contacted FCC for assistance and they also did nothing. Salesman said he would look at it and see what he could do with weeks between emails back. Now 2000 miles in no seat repair and now has awd service light abs and traction control all met with an attitude and no sense of customer service. Finally left a review and all was made right by Brian who was very helpful just a shame it took a review for them to show initiative in solving this. More

I've never had one of my calls returned ... had to spend $45 on a cabin filter today..that I didn't agree to have replaced.We told them we wanted proof it was replaced in the hundred twenty point inspection that we were told we had When the vehicle was purchased.. they refused to give us the paperwork for 7 months now ...i asked them to look into it because of a funny smell that's been coming from my car since I've bought it.. and I said for having it replaced 7 months ago when I purchased my vehicle in February like I was told there should be no reason for any kind of smell ..and now my floorboards flooded which was covered through the manufacturer.. but today they told me that I didn't have a 120 inspection on my certified pre-owned vehicle ...and there was nothing they could do.. the cabin filter was not replaced prior but (they do change them) when cars come in were their words .. I could have gotten a cabin filter for a quarter of that cost...they have lied and told more stories then a child... why would my certified pre-owned vehicle only have a 36 point inspection ...I want my money back!!! They also could not give me the 36 point inspection paperwork that the car supposedly had still to this day because their printer was not working another story!!!!!! Never received my title memorandum had to go buy one because another person didn't do their job... More

Two days later my car is still sitting outside in the lot, hasn’t even been diagnosed yet, nobody is calling me back! I call back every 4 hours to get an update and all I’m told is well we are busy! Well I’m without a car that gets me back and forth to work everyday! My husband’s car dealer ( nissan ) gets him a rental car when they know he’ll be without a car for a day or more! I REGERT CHOOSING THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Desperate need of a new service center. Had nothing but problems with this dealership. Service department treats customers like idiots. Called North Olmsted dodge and they were able to get me in but said I would have to wait because they are getting all of Spitzer Dodge's customers too. If they can't fix the service dept this dealership needs to be closed down because when my lease is up I won't be back. More
Service at this dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!! They have held my vehicle for more than 6 weeks without any real explanation. Very disappointing Service Visit 01/15/16 My wife and I took our 2012 Jeep Lierty for some extended warranty work. All parts were covered and we only paid our deductable. We left our vehicle overnight as to not have to rush or worry that everything would be completed. We showed up the next day at 3:30pm after the service department called and said our vehicle was ready. Upon arrival we were informed it was in the "wash" line still and not yet ready for pick up. We declined the vehicle car wash because we were in a hurry and you had the vehicle more than long enough to "wash the exterior". We park our Jeep for the weekend and on Monday morning while driving to work realized the dealership had not put any washer fluid in the vehicle at all. Attention to detail is lacking in this dealership. If you cant take care of the simple things how can we trust you to take care of our major concerns??? More
