Overcharged Dropped off the car to get the hood latch replaced. Got a call back 90 minutes later stating work was complete. Billed me for 3 hours of labor! Took my Jeep in to service. Todd Pastva helped me. I heard a noise, I thought it was a problem. Service determined everything was fine. Believe it or not I was not charged for service. Unheard of in thi heard a noise, I thought it was a problem. Service determined everything was fine. Believe it or not I was not charged for service. Unheard of in this day and age! Thanks for the peace of mind. I’d bring my Jeep back for service needs again. Todd Pastva was great to work with. More

Stuck with no car and noone wants to claim responsibility - it has been two weeks now and I'm still without my car. Prior to me having to drive to Texas to be stationed with my husband, I got an oil change th - it has been two weeks now and I'm still without my car. Prior to me having to drive to Texas to be stationed with my husband, I got an oil change there. They DID NOT replace all parts accordingly and I leaked oil from Ohio to Oklahoma unknowingly, before my engine blew. Called them after my car was towed to a dealership in Oklahoma and was told by Brian that they messed up and would be fixing everything. NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER THEY BACKED OUT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY! Now I am stuck in a new state with no car and two kids. They want to pass the blame on recalls that dont even go to my car! This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible management!!! More

Horrible dealer with most employees having terrible customer service. Got a new lease for dodge jounrey and found next day damage in rear seat. Was told cant be warr with most employees having terrible customer service. Got a new lease for dodge jounrey and found next day damage in rear seat. Was told cant be warrantied and nothing they can do. Contacted FCC for assistance and they also did nothing. Salesman said he would look at it and see what he could do with weeks between emails back. Now 2000 miles in no seat repair and now has awd service light abs and traction control all met with an attitude and no sense of customer service. Finally left a review and all was made right by Brian who was very helpful just a shame it took a review for them to show initiative in solving this. More

Horrible never buy a car here!!!!!! I've been trying to get in contact with the GM since I purchased my car in February.... I've never had one of my calls returned ... had to spend $45 I've been trying to get in contact with the GM since I purchased my car in February.... I've never had one of my calls returned ... had to spend $45 on a cabin filter today..that I didn't agree to have replaced.We told them we wanted proof it was replaced in the hundred twenty point inspection that we were told we had When the vehicle was purchased.. they refused to give us the paperwork for 7 months now ...i asked them to look into it because of a funny smell that's been coming from my car since I've bought it.. and I said for having it replaced 7 months ago when I purchased my vehicle in February like I was told there should be no reason for any kind of smell ..and now my floorboards flooded which was covered through the manufacturer.. but today they told me that I didn't have a 120 inspection on my certified pre-owned vehicle ...and there was nothing they could do.. the cabin filter was not replaced prior but (they do change them) when cars come in were their words .. I could have gotten a cabin filter for a quarter of that cost...they have lied and told more stories then a child... why would my certified pre-owned vehicle only have a 36 point inspection ...I want my money back!!! They also could not give me the 36 point inspection paperwork that the car supposedly had still to this day because their printer was not working another story!!!!!! Never received my title memorandum had to go buy one because another person didn't do their job... More
