My oil light was intermittently flashing on and I called the service department slightly panicked. Alyssa Miller recognized my name immediately, listened to my problem and worked around my scheduling issue the service department slightly panicked. It's a lovely waiting room, everyone is polite and the staff explains your vehicle issues in easy to understand terms. (I am car challenged). Five BIG stars! More

Alyssa Miller was very helpful and informative of what was wrong with my CRV and even checked and supplied a dealer vehicle to use while all the problems were fixed which was to take roughly two hours. I (Rod Smith) was "EXTREMELY" happy with my recent trip to your service department.....as the saying goes from A to Z. John Stine took charge when I arrived, and from my many past experiences with John I to your service department.....as the saying goes from A to Z. In my book they do not come any better. I recently had my Honda CR-V serviced at Spitzer Honda. John Stine and the service staff are excellent. A few years ago while waiting for my CR-V to be serviced I forgot my umbrella in the waiting area. When I arrived home I realized what I'd done. I called John to ask if he would set it aside and I would pick up the next day. After he finished working that day John brought it to my home. He goes above and beyond! More
