John Stine assisted me with the repairs I needed done on my 2012 accord in a friendly and timely fashion. A few years ago while waiting for my CR-V to be serviced I forgot my umbrella in the waiting area. When I arrived home I realized what I'd done. I called John to ask if he would set it aside and I would pick up the next day. After he finished working that day John brought it to my home. He goes above and beyond! More
Recently had an inspection and the new tires we ordered placed on my vehicle. Very satisfied with the service we receive but what we don't like is this "misc charge" that appears on the bill. Since switching to the Honda brand of vehicles we now own our fourth, a Passport Sport. All of the Honda’s we have purchased have been from Murray Honda. Everyone that we have dealt with has been top of the our fourth, a Passport Sport. All of the Honda’s we have purchased have been from Murray Honda. Everyone that we have dealt with has been top of the line. We were aware of Brad Black working there and knew that he was highly qualified as a service technician. Service had been a top priority in deciding where to purchase our vehicles and from the start, we have not been disappointed. The problems we have experienced have been few and have been resolved professionally and in a timely manner. We have never had a problem with anyone in the service department. Everyone is kind and friendly. We are always happy to talk with John Stine because he keeps up with all of the new things that come up and has at times even been able to advise us over the phone as to resolving questions that we have. Every time service is needed, eighty more miles are added to the odometer so it’s good to know that just one trip will take care of what is needed even if it’s just an oil change. It’s good to know that all service records are kept there and if ever there would be a need to access them, there would be no problem. The Passport meets our needs very well and at our age might just be our last new vehicle and should it be, we can say that switching to Honda was a vey good thing to do.
