Went to have routine service done, oil change and tire rotation and changed my air filter asked if I wanted my cabin air filter changed because it was dirty and there was a lot of leaves and debris in it, rotation and changed my air filter asked if I wanted my cabin air filter changed because it was dirty and there was a lot of leaves and debris in it, and I said that I would change it myself. When I got home and took the filter out to change it I was shocked to see that there was still all the leaves and debris still left. Wouldn't you think that even though I didn't have them change the filter that before they put the old one back in they could've cleaned it out. A little common sense. Also when they put the old filter back in all that debris went into the fan motor and I had a hard time getting it all cleaned out. I don't have a problem with the service its always been good, but I don't think that was called for. I'm not blaming Alyssa or John but the tech should be made aware that its not acceptable to do work like that. More

It's a lovely waiting room, everyone is polite and the staff explains your vehicle issues in easy to understand terms. (I am car challenged). Five BIG stars! More

Alyssa Miller was very helpful and informative of what was wrong with my CRV and even checked and supplied a dealer vehicle to use while all the problems were fixed which was to take roughly two hours.
