I contacted them on Thursday afternoon concerning a problem with my vehicle. Alyssa called back and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Had a problem with my radio, the dealership setup an appointment with me very quickly (and got me in with one of their technicians who specializes in the problems I was experiencing.)
