I have dealt with this dealership over a number of years and while some things changed when it went from Murray‘s to Spitzer, I continue to be quite pleased with the dealership. John greeted us and went over the problem when we dropped the car off. He explained everything in detail and what they did to help the shudder and about the detailed 5 point inspection. We liked that they sent us a video of the 5 point inspection and that Allysa called to see we wanted the optional rear wiper blade replaced.
