Brandon Cryster scheduled a 25,000 mile preventive maintenance review for our Ford Edge. He explained what they would look at and what would be done to our vehicle. As a Women and an individual they made me feel incompetent and dumb. My heat shield melted on my exhaust on my brand new 2021 F250. Not one, not two, but three men that worked there said that part incompetent and dumb. My heat shield melted on my exhaust on my brand new 2021 F250. Not one, not two, but three men that worked there said that part did not exist. One got under the car and said it was packaging material. I knew what it was, I told them what it was. Yet again. I was told the part does not exist so they wouldn't take a further look or fix it. 2 months later Ford comes out with recall on my truck... for the heatshield melting onto the exhaust. Also, one of my wipers broke. They said I would not get seen for 3 weeks. At least. Also a recall now. I'll drive further to another dealership since it seems I'll be frequently there with the new 2021 F250. More
