From the start Johnathan put my wife & I at ease assuring us we were in good hands. We live 3 hours away so we had no choice but to trust Johnathan and I am so happy we did not have it towed to another body shop or a Chevy dealership because Johnathan was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He communicated with my insurance and myself every step of the way and the outcome was more then I thought possible. I was totally pleased with every part of my service at the collision center of SPITZER Ford. Jonathan was very professional and friendly, and I was very clear and all the information he gave me. He apologized when the part that came in was damaged and assured me that it would be re-ordered and my repair will be done as soon as possible when the new part came in. It wasn’t long that I found out that rather than Wednesday appointment with pick up on Friday was only delayed until Monday. Drop off with a Tuesday pick up!
