I didn't realize I was placing a public review or I would have elaborated a little more. I am not dissatisfied with my service so far with this issue. Because the leak in my A/C system is tricky to find, they refilled it again, and added a tracing agent. Once the A/C runs out again I am supposed to bring it back to have it checked out, and see if the leak can be pinpointed at that time. I have not been charged anything and the ticket is still open because of this ongoing diagnosis. I thought I was replying to an internal dealership email requesting feedback from my service when I posted this. So, I just wanted to clear that up since I've received good customer service from this dealership so far since buying this used vehicle last year.
