Then she worked up some pricing with her sales manager (Morgan Lingle) and we had an offer to consider. The next day we decided we did want to make the purchase and came back to continue the process. Overall, we received very nice and personal care for Lilyanna. We are pleased with our purchase and the customer service we received. Including Mitch in Finance to wrap up the sales transaction, he was nice to work with as well. No pressure buying experience from a good sized family dealership. More

I am a RV Transporter. On the road nowhere near home (NY) or work (IN) with a 45’ 5th wheel when I get a DEF No Flow warning. Call the closest Ford dealer in DuBois and they say bring it in. I get there at 2:30 and they immediately bring it in the shop and start troubleshooting it. By 3:30 they know the Reductant pump is the issue, and they actually have one in stock. They get to work and take me to a nearby hotel. 8 AM the next day they pick me up and when we get back to the dealership the truck is done. By 9:30 I am back on the road. Talk about Customer Service! I highly recommend this dealership! More
