Very few dealers like this one I bought my Jeep Cherokee 2017 TraikHawk at Dodge in Kendall, after that they have given me the worst service ever... they charge me for oil change wh I bought my Jeep Cherokee 2017 TraikHawk at Dodge in Kendall, after that they have given me the worst service ever... they charge me for oil change when I had some free from factory as well as their customer service is like you just buy a candy and not a car for more of 30 grands. Then the battery of my car failed and I brought my car to Spitzer very late at night, even though, they attended me with a lot of respect as well as they solve the problem with my car really fast. They gave me the service and the respect I was expecting since I bought my car. Definitely, I will buy my next Jeep here at Spitzer. More

He made sure I had a loaner. A few days after the storm he personally reached out to make sure I was ok and to let me know my truck was ok too. I feel this gentleman has gone above and beyond anything any other dealer has done for me in my entire life. I will most definitely consider buying from here when I’m ready for next truck. More
