Out of state customer had trans issue I was headed to Key West FL for a family vacation when my 2016 Ram 2500 check engine light came on. Shortly after discovering that my transmission shi I was headed to Key West FL for a family vacation when my 2016 Ram 2500 check engine light came on. Shortly after discovering that my transmission shift Solenoid went out I was in Key Largo about 60 miles from Spitzers. I call and connected with Jose. Without dragging this out to long it was an excellent experience. Jose was super helpful in getting me worked in and also connecting me with a rental car. I truly can’t say enough great thing about my dealings with Jose. I sure hope he is recognized for this survey he is truly an asset to this dealership. Also after I received my truck back which was fixed correctly by the tech In a super fast manner. I noticed that some grease was on my head liner and visor. I called back was advised to bring it by on my way back into Miami and Marco would take care of me. Like my other experiance it was great too absolutely no issues Marco got a very nice man from detail to come out and it was cleaned up In less that 10 min and me and my family were back on the road.
