A little after 7 am I entered the service maintenance checkin area when I was met by Jorge. I told Jorge I was here for my first service on my Jeep Cherokee. Jorge is friendly and polite. After doing th checkin area when I was met by Jorge. I told Jorge I was here for my first service on my Jeep Cherokee. Jorge is friendly and polite. After doing the computer paperwork Jorge said the service will take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and that I could wait in the waiting room. I went next door to Dunkin. In less than 1 hour I received a text from Jorge. My Jeep service was completed. I give my highest compliment to Jorge and Spitzer. Two Thumbs up👍👍.. More

Do not purchase any RAM/Dodge vehicles period. The experience has been a nightmare all around. I purchased a new 2022 RAM 3500 in October in Temple TX. Our experience there was the worst as far as The experience has been a nightmare all around. I purchased a new 2022 RAM 3500 in October in Temple TX. Our experience there was the worst as far as their communication and tag processes. Then, my truck only has about 7900 miles and already has a broken transmission. We left our truck at Spitzer Auto World of Homestead in Homestead, FL. When we took our truck there to get serviced, they said that if we committed to leaving our truck there, the manager would place a special order for our parts that would take about 13 days or so. My truck has now been there for 30 days and they are saying that they are still waiting on parts. A month later and this is my business truck, of which I have not been able to work to provide for my family. I have contacted RAM Customer Care and they are doing nothing about it. They are also giving me the run around instead of helping. I have been trying to get an update from RAM Care since last week 2/8/23 and today 2/16/23 they asked me to give them 5 more days. Do not purchase any of their vehicles, their customer service is terrible all around. They will not help you!! Oh, and this dealer doesn't even accommodate you with a loaner. More
