Great new management. I used this dealership once in the past and did not have the best experience. The new general manager Steve not only took my truck in on. Sunday when I used this dealership once in the past and did not have the best experience. The new general manager Steve not only took my truck in on. Sunday when they were closed but he also gave me a ride home. The next day Steve went out of his way to make sure i was being taken care of. I think Spitzer made a great hire and is under great managment. More

Promises, promises, promises I can't get my vehicle serviced here. Been trying for a week to make an appointment, their phone system sucks, they don't call back. Was told by receptionist that I can just come in anytime, that I don't really need an appointment. Well Tammy, I am presently out of town, I work, and I don't have 4 hrs to wait while people that have scheduled appointments are first. I tried scheduling online, but Tuesday, you are booked. Thank goodness I did not take off work on Tuesday to bring my car in, and be turned away. Dadeland now has my business. More
Service Manager acts like a spoiled child I took my car into Spitzer for a warranty part. After waiting 3 months and the part was "backordered" I call Dodge customer service myself and the p I took my car into Spitzer for a warranty part. After waiting 3 months and the part was "backordered" I call Dodge customer service myself and the part arrived 9 days later. In the interim I was emailed a survey about Spizter. I filled out the survey in a completely honest manner. I have never purchased from Spitzer because they never have anything on the lot that I am interested in. So they are not a dealer that can serve my needs. Bill, the service manager is now acting like a high school girl and will not do the warranty work because of the way I responded to the survey. I'm assuming that he has had negative comments before...LOL So now he won't release the part that he didn't have any follow thru on so that I can get my warranty issue rectified. I feel that this immature approach to customer service speaks for itself. I have to select an employee I worked with and I have worked quite nicely with Jayne in the past. I am choosing her name only to move forward and none of this is a reflection on her at all. More
I usually do not write reviews, but I have been so impressed by their service department even though I did not by Jeep from them. That did not matter, they treated me as a loyal Spitzer Homestead cust impressed by their service department even though I did not by Jeep from them. That did not matter, they treated me as a loyal Spitzer Homestead customer the minute I arrived at t he service department. Because of Bill Lee, the service manager and Jane, I bought a new Jeep from this year; they have earned my business the old fashioned way Service and professionalism. And guess what their sales department was just as professional, with Dion Steward in sales, he was friendly and patient, Ed Rodgers, in finance another professional who put the customer first. I cannot say enough about Spitzer of Homestead. Just a top notch operation. Thank you all. You have my recommendation and a loyal customer. More
