This is 6,000 more BEFORE dealer fees and taxes. They wanted me to drive across the state to come to the dealership so they could surprise me with the real price then. Scam of a dealership. More

Service Department Horrendous Service Department, completely and utterly disorganized. Had a scheduled appointment for emissions recall. I had waited in overhang 15 minutes to be greeted as others cut in front of me with being helped I went inside and proceed to wait another 10 minutes for line to move forward. Shuttle service that is advertised on Spitzer website seems to be non existent since I let them know I need a shuttle to get back to work. But after 45 minutes of waiting still no shuttle! I will avoid coming back here if there is anothe Chrysler Service department in the Homestead area! More
