Very poor service department, will NEVER go back even though this dealership is 5 minutes from my house. To much to say but just unacceptable service. I checked in at 3pm and it wasn't until 5:35 that I though this dealership is 5 minutes from my house. To much to say but just unacceptable service. I checked in at 3pm and it wasn't until 5:35 that I walked back to see what happened and the response from the girl was we thought you were shopping....I said I walked next store for something but I came back and have been sitting in this waiting room, you mean nobody could walk behind this wall and check on me. Again I'm sorry he texted you( a text I never got ). I said well I never got one only to find out from my husband who was home sleeping got it. I asked what time was I done she quietly says oh 30 minutes ago, guess she doesn't understand time because my bill says done at 4:30 and I was back there at 5:35. I left furious as xxxx and asked NOBODY had the courtesy to walk behind this wall and call my name like you did for every other customer...just a blank stare and again I'm really sorry. I will drive to a different city to get my car worked on then to be treated like that. That is such poor customer service. More
