Great Service-Great Experience After several years of visits to a different dealership over a noise issue and getting no where, I decided to take my car somewhere else. Came in for an oil change! I have always dreamed of owning a convertible. Spitzer Chevrolet in North Jackson had a new Camaro SS with a rag top that I had been eyeing. While having my Silverado serviced, I asked salesman Andy Hospodar what I could get for my trade in and next thing you know I'm driving home in a new Camaro convertible! CAROL FERRY then purchased a used one about a year later from her.. she is my favorite sales person~ and have been using their "new team" in the service department... long ago, I used to hear that people would never take their car back to THIS service dept. I think they have really really changed.. I have had no problems with their service department, yet.. the biggest problem was CHEVROLET making them do step ONE before they got to what was the problem (we may have to pay for that cause it wasn't covered under our ext.warranty - but they are working with us on that) The guys in service.. will do their best to get you in and out and get it fixed and even give you a ride if you need one! More
