Started off bad. No one answered while I tried to schedule an appointment. Operator said I'd get a return call. Never came. So I took car in for ONLY an oil change the next week. Went over many points of the car and advised me of it's present condition. Washed the car, another plus! Would have scheduled one other service had they answered my call. Now it will be a while. More

Andy Hospodar was my salesperson, but it didn't feel that way because there was no pressure put on me. Everyone was extremely helpful and it was the easiest experience I have had buying a car. I was very happy with service employee Ed Patrick. Although I brought my truck in for an air bag recall and ended up buying 2 tires from a weekend end incident. I felt that knowing that my truck would be there for an extended period of time (8hrs) a vehicle should have been loaned to me but was told none were available, granted I was brought home by a curiosity driver but not able to respond somewhere if needed. Under these circumstances having a vehicle for an extended time a vehicle should be loaned to the customer. More
