We have been doing our service here since we bought this truck here. But never did we feel an employee went above and beyond. Until this time, Keenya Hogan, went above and beyond for us. I wasn't too keen to find out service was no longer open on Saturdays because of the inconvenience due to my work schedule, but Jason Cheney did a great job of reassuring me they would pick my car up at wor on Saturdays because of the inconvenience due to my work schedule, but Jason Cheney did a great job of reassuring me they would pick my car up at work, complete the oil change and repairs, and return my car to me. Then my schedule changed, so they arranged simply pick me up and take me to the dealership instead even with the short notice. I am very pleased with how Jason handled things and will continue to have my car serviced at Spitzer Lordstown. More

Keenya Hogan (Service Department) handled my issue with my brand new Silverado as well as possible. After hearing a noise from the front end of the Silverado I contacted Keenya at Spitzer Chevrolet of Lord my brand new Silverado as well as possible. After hearing a noise from the front end of the Silverado I contacted Keenya at Spitzer Chevrolet of Lordstown. After a few attempts at clearing up the issue, first replacing the right front bearing, then the noise was still there. Second the tech (Dan), rotated the right front tires side to side and the noise seemed to now have shifted to the left front side. They decided to replace the now left front tire because the noise had seemed to have shifted sides. We then proceeded to schedule a time for the Service Manager Dave and I to meet and drive the truck together. After Dave and I test drove the truck, Dave also heard the noise. We decided to drive another 2024 Silverado with the exact same tires to see if we could hear anything from that truck with the same tires. We did not hear anything so that seemed to eliminate any tire issues. After taking these trucks on test drives with Dave, he and Keegan set up another day for my truck to be picked up at my home and they left me a vehicle that I could drive while they worked on fixing the issue. After 2 days of having my truck they returned it to my home and the noise issue seems to be resolved. They replaced the left front bearing this time and said the issue was that the noise was echoing across the vehicle which caused it to seem like it was a right side noise in the first place.
