I saw an online listing and I decided to give Spitzer Automotive a call. Will Pickens picked up the phone and told me my Kia Soul that I was interested in was still there. I had been to a few other dealerships and they decided to try the salesmanship game and I stick to my guns. Will simply wanted to make a sale and did so in a very professional manner. When I arrived he was waiting on my mother and I. I didn't have to ask for the CarFax or for any information. He had it ready so that we could get things rolling and go for a test drive. The pricing at Spitzer was also great. My Kia Soul has less than 17,000 miles and the price was about 3k less than market value for basically a brand new car. Will explained there process of value pricing and again he was super informative. He was also kind and was nice enough to show me how work my Bluetooth system and set up phone contacts. Just overall a seamless first car buying experience. Please go and give Will Pickens a call. He is a class act in an industry where people are very decietful. My mom will be in the market for a new vehicle in a few months, and wants to get her Chevy Trax through Spitzer and Will. Again, can't say enough good things. More

Chris and the rest of the team at Spitzer were awesome. They worked with me and gave me a deal I was comfortable with. Chris spent over 4 hours with me the first time I went there to look at cars and helpe They worked with me and gave me a deal I was comfortable with. Chris spent over 4 hours with me the first time I went there to look at cars and helped me make an educated decision to purchase my brand new Chevy Cruze. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't feel I was forced into making a decision. When I did make the decision to purchase the car he made sure all the financing and everything was ready to go when I went to pick it up yesterday. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for there car purchasing needs. More

While looking for cars this dealership wasn't on my list but at the last minute I look on the Internet and went there. Carol was waiting for us after our call and warmly welcomed us. We examined the car we were interested in and pointed out the necessary repairs. After making the decision to buy, we were treated welcomed us. We examined the car we were interested in and pointed out the necessary repairs. After making the decision to buy, we were treated to a complimentary lunch while waiting for a financial clerk to finalize the paperwork. Carol meticulously went over the operations and answered all questions to our satisfaction. All was properly taken care of and we have been very happy with our purchase. Carol made a follow-up call to me (main driver) and offered to help me better understand the panel of electronics functions if I could stop by, which I hope to do. More

I think they have really really changed.. I have had no problems with their service department, yet.. the biggest problem was CHEVROLET making them do step ONE before they got to what was the problem (we may have to pay for that cause it wasn't covered under our ext.warranty - but they are working with us on that) The guys in service.. will do their best to get you in and out and get it fixed and even give you a ride if you need one! More
