Uninformed mess. Completely clueless what needed to be done with the title to my car I was trading because it was in my parents name. Told me 5 different things then c Completely clueless what needed to be done with the title to my car I was trading because it was in my parents name. Told me 5 different things then changed it the next day. Since buying the truck I have had transmission issues which they have been no help with. I took it to a local chevy dealer because Spitzer is an hour away. They have offered 0 assistance and when I told them I wanted to return the truck they told me I had to call gm about the lemon law. I've had the truck a week and a half an am afraid to drive in more than I have to because if it acts up before getting the part I will have to pull the battery to turn it off. The truck was purchased brand new. Someone I work with said they had the same problems with this place which makes me honestly consider they purposely damage the vehicles to get gm to pay them for warranty repairs. The finance guy Chip seemed to have an attitude and made a snarky remark about how my repairman couldn't fix things after the warranty because I didn't want the extended warranty. I have reported them to the better business bureau and am considering an attorney. I will also be purchasing any accessories for the vehicle from my local dealer who have been way more friendly and informative. I will definitely never buy a vehicle here again and recommend you find a different dealer even if you have to pay more or travel it's worth not dealing with these people. More
