I took my car in for service and was greeted by service advisor Michael Fries. He was very knowledgeable about problem with the car. So I left car there and within a 1/2 hour he called and informed of diag advisor Michael Fries. He was very knowledgeable about problem with the car. So I left car there and within a 1/2 hour he called and informed of diagnosis and said part had to be ordered. I said no problem. I then was contacted the next day by Michael and he said car was done. I couldn't believe it was finished so fast! All of the other dealers I dealt with always took up to a week . Will return to Spitzer Chevrolet for service in future. More
