Communication was good and service performed was done to expectations. We did have to leave the car an extra day because the part supplier sent a wrong part in box (mislabeled). Started off bad. No one answered while I tried to schedule an appointment. Operator said I'd get a return call. Never came. So I took car in for ONLY an oil change the next week.
