Loving my 2018 Silverado! I had been speaking with Joe Persico for the past 2 months regarding the purchase of a 2018 Silverado. I found one I liked on the Spitzer website but I had been speaking with Joe Persico for the past 2 months regarding the purchase of a 2018 Silverado. I found one I liked on the Spitzer website but it was in Northfield so Joe brought it to Amherst for me to see. I had my doubts as to whether it would fit in my garage so he allowed me to test drive it to my house so I could be sure. When we returned to the dealership I told him I was feeling fatigued (I had just worked all day) so he got me a Pepsi and offered me another later on when we were going through the paperwork. I had a hectic week going on and didn't think I could return to take delivery until 5 days later, but while I ran home to get my checkbook he texted me and told me if he could have just 30 minutes he could have it fueled and cleaned so I could take it home that night. I have had my Silverado for 48 hours now and I'm enjoying it more all the time! I definitely recommend Spitzer Chevrolet Amherst and Joe Persico!! More

Comfortable car buying experience I HATE buying cars because I always feel like I have no idea if I am paying too much. I used to have a few car salesmen friends who I knew I could tr I HATE buying cars because I always feel like I have no idea if I am paying too much. I used to have a few car salesmen friends who I knew I could trust to give me a fair deal. I no longer have any personal friends to deal with. I dealt with Joe Persico who made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He is very knowledable about his products and gave me valuable opinions on various options and packages available with the Colorado pickup truck I purchased. He offered to have me return for some help setting up the electronics, which initially I thought I could handle. I am sending my daughter to see Joe about a possible Malibu hybrid or Bolt electric. I feel that he will make her comfortable with the process. He provided all kind of information on those vehicles. To me, the ability to allow the customer to experience a comfortable experience without apprehension in one of the largest of life’s purchases, s a great skill for a salesperson.
