Beyond Expectations! My daughter was in the market for a vehicle. She is only 21 so we were unsure if it were possible due to limited credit. I had previously worked with Alice Dennis when I purchased my vehicle in February (which she was awesome then) so I brought my daughter to Spitzer Amherst and requested Alice Dennis. Alice worked tirelessly to get my daughter into a nice vehicle. Every day for a week, (an indecisive 21yo) we had continued contact regarding this purchase. Even needing an out of state co-signer wasn’t an issue. The finance manager Tom sent the papers overnight FedEx. Alice and Tom went above and beyond expectations helping my daughter get a nice car. She decided on a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT. they detailed and cleaned it. Put gas in it and made sure is was showroom presentable!! Will always go back to Spitzer Amherst! More

No Pressure sales When I first got to the lot I was already expecting to get bombarded with sales people ready to tell me what I wanted to hear. That is not what happe When I first got to the lot I was already expecting to get bombarded with sales people ready to tell me what I wanted to hear. That is not what happened at all. I was able to walk the lot and Nancy came out to assist me. I told her what I was looking for and what I didn't want. She found me my perfect car. The process from start to finish was very easy. The talked to me and explained things through all along. She was a great sales person and I could tell she really wanted to get me what I wanted and not just a sale. This is my second car I've gotten from them and will be coming back. Also Tom in finance was great and made the final steps very quick and easy. Thank you. More
