Appointment set for LOF, tire rotation and evaporator/heater core replacement. Oil change reminder not reset, tire rotation not done, front end not greased and ac/heater blower was not working evaporator/heater core replacement. Does anyone check repairs when supposedly completed or is fixed right the first time just just a thing of the past? Please feel free to call me about these concerns. They were fast to help me when i arrived , however the communication between parties was not satisfactory- we were told different things than what was happening and was not able to pick up my vehicle when communication between parties was not satisfactory- we were told different things than what was happening and was not able to pick up my vehicle when i was told to do so because they hadn’t received the part or put it back together. We had also communicated we did not want an oil change but they ignored and charged use for it anyways. They were apologetic which is apppreciated, but the communication could be better between everyone involved. More
