Steven was the young man who helped me—the first time I met him. He was very efficient. My car was ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. The only suggestion I would have is that they would wipe dow met him. He was very efficient. My car was ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. I usually have great service it was just ok this time. I asked when I scheduled if they would have the part. I was told by Steve that he would make sure it was available. The appointment started at 10.I didn’t get called until around noon that they didn’t have the correct part. I told them to put the other one on. I came back at 1. And everyone had went to lunch, so my car wasn’t done. I had to wait until 2:30 before I left the dealership. I live an hour away because I have always had good service in the past. I had no idea that I would be spending the day at the dealership More
