I was kept waiting for 6 hours and nothing was done to my truck. You scheduled an appointment to perform two recall items. They were not completed because you didn't have the parts. Shouldn't you have checked that before you had me wait so long? You did do some research on finding a shift cable. I appreciate that. However, I was told that the person handling my vehicle came out looking for me and I wasn't there. I was. I saw him at least six times and made eye contact with him. He did not seek me out.
