Very disappointed…the fact that I have been waiting almost 2 1/2 months for my replacement radio, and for my headlight to be fixed. Every time I get an update from the service center, it’s always anoth almost 2 1/2 months for my replacement radio, and for my headlight to be fixed. Every time I get an update from the service center, it’s always another week out and let’s see in the parts come in. You would think customer service would do something to expedite the order and find some sort of work around. Plus, I should not have to be the one to call for an update. I’ve waited weeks at a time to get any type of update. Like I said, it’s always the same, have to wait…TOTAL xx!!!! More
Disappointed in the manufacturer more than the dealer. Bought our 12th Stellantis vehicle used. 6,000 miles over warranty expiration rear differential goes out and no goodwill offering. Additionally, was told it needs brakes, I replaced my rear differential myself, Brakes were well beyond 60% remaining. Lastly, I asked to have the corrosion repaired under warranty and was told no because I didn’t buy new. Because of this, I’ll be trading in my Durango, Fiat 500 and wrangler for another brand. Very disappointed in the brand that I’ve been extremely passionate and loyal to for many years. Good luck Stellantis, last dollar I’ll spend with your organization. More
