2017 Kia Soul I found Spitzer Kia on Autotrader.com. I was in search of a used car as my credit isn't the best. While discussing my situation with the salesperson I found Spitzer Kia on Autotrader.com. I was in search of a used car as my credit isn't the best. While discussing my situation with the salesperson Pam, she suggested to have my credit score checked. Once we crossed that hurdle, then we moved on to possibly being approved for a new car loan. I've been a single mom and never was able to afford a brand new car. With dedication, Pam and Dee worked a miracle and I was approved for a 2017 Kia Soul. I absolutely love it. It fits my needs perfectly and lots of features I'm still figuring out. I was impressed with their customer service and understanding what I've been through in my life. They helped me accomplish being a first time brand new car owner. It's an awesome feeling to get in my Soul and not have to worry about if it will make to the next destination or not. Spitzer has my future business. I'd recommend anyone to stop in and visit. Pam and Dee....both of you are amazing. Thank you for being supportive during this process. Y'all are the best!! More

My experience in buying my first new car. My sales lady Pam was very good at her job she was very polite and patient when explaining the process the cars themselves and the dealership. She made us very comfortable but I would have to say the only negative part of my whole experience was the time of evening it was when we were able to come in the dealership had closed by the time we had signed all the papers but she did a great job explaining where things were in the dealership and answering any of my questions it was a truly a good experience thank you very much.
