Ron changed my mind in the smoothest and most courteous way I h When I took my 2014 Kia in for scheduled service, I never expected to buy a new car. Ron changed my mind in the smoothest and most courteous way I have ever experienced in a car dealership. My wife and I wanted to have breakfast while my car was being serviced and he stepped up with a suggestion that we take a Kia from Spitzer's inventory. We took him up on the suggestion, and when we returned, he sat in the lounge with us and told us about the new Kia. I had no idea he was actually convincing me I deserved a new car for several minutes of our talk. When I realized it, I told him what price I would pay for a new car that interested me. He left us for a few minutes, and came back with "an offer I couldn't refuse." I am a retired business professor, and if I were still working, I would invite him to speak to my classes on the art of closing the deal. He is great salesman, and after the sale, he took all the time I needed to learn all of the features of my new car. Congratulations, Spitzer, for recognizing a friendly, efficient, dedicated person to serve your organization. Every employee we came into contact with that day was great! Great experience! This was my first time buying a brand new car. I went to many different dealerships testing out different cars. Spitzer was the by far the best dealership I interacted with. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even on days when the salesman I was working with was not there the other workers treated me with respect. I worked with salesman Ron Stephan. Out of all the car salesman I dealt with he was the best. I did not feel pushed into my decision. He was very helpful and knowledgable about the car. I really enjoyed working with Ron and everyone else at Spitzer. I would recommend that everyone should buy a car here. They make the process very easy and were not pushy in any way. More
