Not a Satisfied Customer First of all, I like the car I purchased. I went with pictures of what I was looking for and that's what was brought to me to look at and test drive. First of all, I like the car I purchased. I went with pictures of what I was looking for and that's what was brought to me to look at and test drive. For that I am happy! The reason I am not giving this a very good rating is for the following reasons: 1. After I had driven the car home and was checking things out I noticed that it didn't have an antenna. I found it "hiding" in the glove compartment. I called and they said to bring it over, so I did. They said that because I drove it off the lot, there was nothing they could do with it...I am not happy about this! I feel that because I found it "hiding" in the glove compartment that it looked like it was being hidden from my view. 2. The low tire sensor light was on when we test drove the car. We were told that they would fix the problem. When I picked it up on April 18, the light was still on. I was told that they replaced the tire, and they did, but it didn't fix the sensor light. I just left the dealership an hour ago and once again because I drove it off of the lot, they wouldn't replace it. I believe that I will not be visiting Spitzer for any further car purchases because of these two issues. My parents recommended to my husband and I to go to Spitzer because they have bought all of their vehicles from them! I understand that I have a 30 day limited warranty with a used car, but I feel that these two issues should have been taken care of before I drove off of the lot! More
