Spitzer Buick GMC Parma - Service Center

I came here for service for a tire change. This was the 2nd time here for the same reason. The 1st time I waited over an hour for them out to tell me I needed a whole new tire and didn't have This was the 2nd time here for the same reason. The 1st time I waited over an hour for them out to tell me I needed a whole new tire and didn't have one instocks, but it had to be ordered. My 2nd visit I waited over 2 hrs!!! I mean, how long does it take to change a tire??, This was by far the WORST experience at this dealership. Plus, no updates were given to me during the wait. I found myself walking over to the service desk to check on the progress. More

Was notified my lug nuts were bad. They are the chrome capped ones. The truck has only had 5 tire rotations and they need replaced already. I asked if they are gonna replace them with They are the chrome capped ones. The truck has only had 5 tire rotations and they need replaced already. I asked if they are gonna replace them with better ones and was told no. That’s xx. They wanted $11 each to replace them with the same cheap lug nuts. Why would I pay $220 to get lug nuts that are cheap and will wear out again in the near future. At least could have offered a better type instead of the came cheap junk. Severely disappointed with the option. I’ll replace them myself with better ones and not pay that amount for them either. More

My tire was low on air, I pulled into the service garage, was greeted by an employee and assisted immediately. I was asked what t needed, fix a tire going flat, anything else, I had my wipers changed and was was greeted by an employee and assisted immediately. The service department has always been honest with what repairs need to be taken care of. I know they tried to help with my right side mirror that adjusts down when you back up...and now does not return t repairs need to be taken care of.
