When my wife dropped the car off the service counter was less than helpful. When I called about the speakers not pairing to the vehicle they asked if I was going to be present during the service when she kn less than helpful. When I called about the speakers not pairing to the vehicle they asked if I was going to be present during the service when she knew I was dropping the car off the day before. I sl see o asked about a loaner vehicle because we live 45 min away and she said that once they determine if car had defective part and not a mouse that ate some wires then I could get a loaner car. This vehicle is less then 2 years old. Service team was less then helpful More
