No one explained to us that our car needed to be empty for the Spitzer care and then it took me calling the next to to be told it needed to be cleaned out and offered a $200 detail for a month old car in for the Spitzer care and then it took me calling the next to to be told it needed to be cleaned out and offered a $200 detail for a month old car in order to get the inside done, all while they still hadn’t even done the outside. This dealership continuously fails to meet expectations. The first visit my oil change took 2 hours, as they didn’t have my oil filter despite having an appointment weeks in advance, and they somehow got oi The first visit my oil change took 2 hours, as they didn’t have my oil filter despite having an appointment weeks in advance, and they somehow got oil on my fender. The second time my oil change once again took two hours (without a tire rotation) and the employee Dominic had no urge to help me, rather, he ignored me since he wasnt’t facilitating the service of my car. This dealership has lost my business and ironically I have yet to exhaust my free oil changes that came with my car purchase. I strongly urge anyone who wants their time respected to look elsewhere, in my eyes it is worth forfeiting my remaining oil change(s) and look elsewhere rather than bring my car back for service and once again have my time undermined. There was a significant communication lapse regarding a nearly $3,000 repair. I was not informed of the warranty coverage until I asked, which raises questions about the process and their awareness of the nearly $3,000 repair.
