We had a very good experience with our sales person, Tom Shaffer. Tom gave us an excellent overview of the truck including a test drive. The dealer seems different since change from Axelrod to Spitzer. Despite setting an appointment, when I arrived there was no one to greet me as soon as I got out of my car for several minutes. Maybe hire m Spitzer. Despite setting an appointment, when I arrived there was no one to greet me as soon as I got out of my car for several minutes. Maybe hire more people. I’m also not a fan of the background music playing. Too loud and too much rock. Service itself was fine but I don’t like think I was listened to when asked what I was in there for and what I expected. I had to clarify it more than once. I expected better as Axelrod used to do this. More
